TFX-5000 Clamp-On Ultrasonic Meter
This is a non-intrusive meter that is adaptable to almost every piping system. There is no need to adjust the existing piping for installation. The accuracy offers a 1% uncertainty in liquid applications that are free of gas/air bubbles. The TFX-5000 transit time ultrasonic flow meter measures volumetric flow as well as heating and cooling energy rates in clean liquids and liquids with small amounts of suspended solids or aeration, such as surface or raw sewage. The flow and energy meters clamp onto the outside of the pipes so there is no contact with the internal liquid.
Wafer and NPT Conventional Liquid Turbine
Conventional Wafer Type Turbines and NPT Turbines are both an excellent solution for clean liquid measurement. This meter is designed to be easily swapped with similar products. The meter features a rugged 316 stainless steel housing and rotor support assemblies, CD4MCU stainless steel rotor, and abrasion-resistant tungsten carbide rotor shaft and journal bearings. The Model BS1100 maintains measurement accuracy and mechanical integrity in the corrosive and abrasive fluids commonly found in oil field water flood projects and many industrial applications.
Electromagnetic Flow Meter
Based on Faraday’s law of induction, these meters can measure almost any liquid, slurry, or paste that has minimum electrical conductivity. Designed, developed, and manufactured under strict quality standards, the M-Series meter features sophisticated, processor-based signal conversion with accuracies of ±0.25 percent. The wide selection of liner and electrode materials helps ensure maximum compatibility and minimum maintenance over a long operating period.
Industrial Oval Gear Meter
This style of meter is available for up to 3” pipe sizes. It is ideal for extremely low flows and high-viscosity fluids. The Sur-Flo Industrial Oval Gear Meter – Model IOG – is a modular flow meter design: economical yet highly accurate and rugged. The model IOG is designed for a variety of chemical applications including petroleum-based fluids, water solutions and any other liquid compatible with the materials of construction. Due to the rugged nature of this particular flow-measurement technology, the Industrial Oval Gear Meter can be used in a number of applications where conventional meters are not acceptable. Whether the liquid being measured is highly viscous or highly corrosive, the oval gear meter can handle it.

Roto-Boss Orifice Meter Run
Accurate, safe, and easy to operate, Sur-Flo’s patented Roto-Boss meter run is designed with five different orifice plate selections that are easily changeable for measuring gas. Users can switch plates in seconds without opening the orifice changer, which reduces the potential for user error and the potential exposure to harmful gasses or pressures. Sur-Flo’s Auto-Boss also adds remote management capabilities to the Roto-Boss. The Auto-Boss connects to SCADA Systems to execute automated, remote plate changes – no trips to the field required.
