Type 1700 Maxiflow™ Safety Valve
The Consolidated 1700 series Maxiflow safety valves are field-proven and are designed to provide optimum boiler overpressure protection. Increases plant efficiency by reducing steam losses via improved seat tightness and rapid opening to full lift with rapid closing as vessel pressure is reduced.
Type 2700 Safety Valve
Description:
The Consolidated Type 2700 safety valve thermodisc seat design provides seat tightness and the thermodisc design increases the amount of repeatable pops.
Features:
Thermodisc thin flexible design for repeatable seat tightness.
Applications:
The Consolidated 2700 series safety valves are designed to meet the requirements of the cogeneration and waste-to-energy markets. Inlet pressure ratings from ASME 600 class thru ASME 1500 class.

Type 3500 Electromatic™ Ball Valve
Benefits:
The Consolidated 3500 series EBV reduces start-up and shutdown time when used for venting steam in subcritical units. It increases plant efficiency by providing repeatable seat tightness.
Features:
• Optimized ball and seat design to provide a consistent seat tightness.
• New digital controller interfaces with modern distributed control systems or DCS.
Applications:
• ASME section I power-actuated safety valves for supercritical or once-through boilers.
• ASME section I certification is not required when used with sub-critical or drum type boilers for start-up and shutdown venting.
